BORIKA Universal Accessory Mount Fs219

Technical Details:
Designed to fix holders, arm mounts, rigging, tubular structures and other accessories provided with a male adapter shaped as a 12 pointed star. The diameter of the mount is 61 mm, it includes a female adapter. The mount can be fastened directly on the hard deck or side of the vessel (fiberglass, polyethylene, wood, aluminum surfaces) or installed using specially provided mounting pads on different types of surfaces and structures. To fix the accessory adapter, insert it all the way into the mount with the opened retainer (UNLOCK), close the retainer (LOCK). It will clamp 7 out of 12 adapter teeth. The mount design provides a protective plug. The system includes four M6*20 DIN 912 screws, four M6 DIN 934 nuts. The main parts are made of fiberglass-reinforced polyamide, the plug is made of PVC, the fastener — of A2 (AISI 304) stainless steel.

The Fs219 is the very first BORIKA FASTen® accessory mount model. For many years now, it continues to be a versatile and reliable mounting system for installation of spinning rod holders, anchor systems, accessories for fish finders, video equipment, ladders, awning structures, rigging, etc. on various vessels: from yachts to SUP-boards.
The mount can be fastened directly to the hard surfaces of the boat (polyethylene, fiberglass, aluminum, wood) and used to complement the FMk, FMc, FMa kits. The universal Fs219 mount is a part of the BORIKA FASTen® mounting systems, designed for installation on PVC cylinders, T-Tracks, tubes and rails.
There are four fastening points, which make the mount extremely reliable. It is designed for medium loads, but it is also suitable for high loads when used complete with some mounting pads (for example in FMb, FMp224 assemblies).
Fixing is fast and simple: open the plug, switch the locking mechanism into the UNLOCK position, insert an adapter all the way into the mount, and move the retainer into the LOCK position. You can fix the accessory in any position, by rotating the adapter around the axis in 30° increments.
Using conversion adapters developed by BORIKA® designers allows you to fix in the Fs219 mount accessories of other brands such as: SCOTTY®, RAM®, RAILBLAZA®, YakAttack® products and carp fishing tackles.

Tips on using & installation:
Use the supplied screws for fastening on the mounting pads. You can also install the mount directly on the hard deck or side with both screws and self-tapping screws.
Carry out the installation according to the step-by-step guide included in the package. Note that you will need to cut a round hole to install the mount directly on the boat surface. To avoid this and in order to create an assembly designed for higher loads, we recommend choosing the FMb mounting system, which includes the Fs219 mount and a polyamide mounting pad.
To prolong the service life of the product, after using it in sea water, it is recommended to rinse it with plenty of fresh water.
Pay attention that the reliability of the mounting system depends not only on the mount and pad, but also on the strength of the mounting surface. For example, this should be taken into account when using the mount on polyethylene boats and systems for T-Tracks.
